We at NODO strive to provide our customers with the utmost satisfaction in every transaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is desired.

In adherence to legal requirements and in order to maintain the integrity of our operations, we have implemented the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

All Sales Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any other reason.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within one day of receiving your order via mail hello@nodoindia.com or on Whatsapp: +91-8169667829  with details of the product.

• We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering an exchange or credit note, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

• Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

• The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s), documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
•  Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
